第一百五十五条 出租人应当在合同约定的港口或者地点，按照合同约定的时间，向承租人交付船舶以及船舶证书。交付船舶时，出租人应当做到谨慎处理，使船舶处于适航状态。交付的船舶应当适于合同约定的用途。
